Born Elijah Finister, this beauty Phlo Finister is known as a former fashion editor for Persona Magazine, model and stylist to a few of her friends including Kayne, Kelis and Legendary Damon. Phlo dropped her debut album, “Silver Hill”, released on independent Taz Arnold’s TI$A Records, but it slid under the radar of most. Phlo later came back with “bangin’” visuals for her next project Crown Gold, which got her buzzing just right.
